This should be enough to make you question whether it is a scam. A seminar costs $40,000! These days, who pays for this kind of seminar?
Trainers will convince clients to accept zero percent interest financing. However, hidden fees of $3,000 and 18% interest after one year are added to the cost.
They will tell you not to worry because once you have signed the first deal, it can be repaid.

However, I am sure you will agree with me if i say that due diligence will prevent you or anyone else from falling for this trap or scam.
It is a good idea to do your research before you jump into any program.
To answer the question "Is Flip With Nick any good?" I would say "Yes." You can decide for yourself if Nick Vertucci's claims really are true.
Can "Flip with Nick" help you make your real estate career work and earn money?
Flip with Nick receives a mixture of positive and negative feedback from customers.
Flip with Nick is a valuable program. It is possible to make money if you work hard and follow the strategies he shares. However, the quality of your results is up to you.

Financial stability will be possible for everyone if Nick's system is followed step by step. He has lived this experience himself.
However, his strategy and system are not suitable for everyone.
It is also worth noting that, while you can see the dedicated section of positive feedback, you won't find Nick's website reviews anywhere else online, which I find a little suspicious.
Although the NVREA was established in 2013, Nick has been a businessman since 2005. BBB also gave the NVREA an A rating. One complaint was made by a customer who missed classes and was not refunded.
