These Web 2.0 websites are not designed to add link juice to your site, but to help you optimize your main keywords.
These Web 2.0's should be built around your topic and your location. Your anchor text should vary, but not your main keywords.

Additional Website Content
Your website should aim to publish at least 2 pieces of content per week. This may seem like a lot, but it will increase your authority.
Your niche and location should be switched between the content.
Niche content: These pages should be of value to your readers, and they should support your main ranking pages.
Content about location: This will show Google that your geo-location is a leader.
