The Real Estate Wealth Expo is well-known in major cities around the world. Celebrity speakers may promise methods to make you rich fast and you might be tempted.

Is it really worth going to this seminar?

Real Estate Wealth Expo will be reviewed to determine if it is truly the best real estate conference.

We will discuss whether real estate is right for you.

I will answer your most common questions about Real Estate Wealth Expo, and real estate generally.

Because it leverages some of the same skills, but in a more powerful and lucrative way, this system made me swear off real-estate for good!

Real Estate Wealth Expo Review Summary

To be honest, I doubt I'll ever go to this event again.

There are many big names at the event, including:

  • Magic
  • Suze Orman
  • Christina El Moussa
  • Grant Cardone
  • Pitbull
  • Daymond John

It's also the most enjoyable part of the show, and I can attest to that.

However, if you are interested in learning more about real estate investing, this is not the place for you. Here are my thoughts and notes about the Real Estate Wealth Expo seminar held in San Mateo.

Real Estate Wealth Expo Reviews

Each workshop had a regular format: The speaker will tell you a story about their childhood and how they got there.

They will also be able to show their expensive lifestyle after they have invested in property.

The speaker will try to convince you that you don't need an education and you don't need money. They'll repeat hype words such as "say yes if you want!"

These are some of the key takeaways from the speakers.

Brian Allen On Real Estate Flipping And Funding

90% of millionaires made their fortune by investing in real property.

  • Find the perfect property
  • Funding to complete the deal
  • Exit techniques - making money

Conventional Real Estate Investing Entails:

Visit Zillow/Realtor/Trulia for offers and go to the bank.

Pre-approval is required before you can start. This takes about thirty days.

  • A minimum 700 credit score is required.
  • A 20% down payment is required.
  • Find distressed properties for wholesale prices.
  • You can find out if you want to fix and flip, or buy and hold.
  • Find a buyer.

Stephen John On Tax Lien Properties

What is a Tax Lien?

Due to delinquent taxes, a 1st position lien is placed on a property. If you fail to pay your taxes, the 1st lien will be placed on your property.

Tax Lien Model

Example: Property valued at $200,000 FMV (fair Market Value) and subject to $1,800 annual property taxes.

The federal government can place a first tax lien on a property if the owner is unable to pay their property taxes.

Investors will have to pay $1,800 in taxes to the county. The county will also issue a tax lien certification. The owner can lose their property if they fail to pay the fees within the redemption deadline ($1,800).

You must wait for the redemption period to purchase the tax lien.

Depending on the location of the home, the redemption period can be anywhere from six months to four year. The homeowner also has the time to repay the property taxes.

Adam Carolla on Doing What You Love?

Adam Carolla's words were kind of interesting to me. Although he is a comedian, he spoke many inspiring words about the entrepreneurial journey.

Don't think about the future. He didn't discuss money when he started his career as a comedian.

He discussed working together, collaborating and doing what they enjoy. He didn't know it would be a success, but it is about the process.

What I think about the Event?

The event could be interesting for you if you are comfortable with product sales pitches (rather than scrolling through your Instagram).

There will be opportunities for networking and the chance to meet some big brands. Based on our Real Estate Wealth Expo reviews, I would not go back, but that is only me!

Tony Robbins was the one who saved me. He gave me many perspectives that inspired me to change several of my practices.

Real Estate Wealth Expo brought together frontrunners in the real estate investment industry. Real Estate Wealth Expo was a four-day event that brought together agents, financiers, vendors, brokers, agents, and financiers from across the country. It was designed to help them build wealth through property investing. The following topics were covered by attendees:

  • Long-term investing
  • Best practices in property management
  • Apartment syndication
  • Mortgage financing
  • Capital raising and much more

Is Real Estate Investing Worth It?

The expo's most popular topic was whether investors should invest in real estate long-term, or in flipping and fixing to generate instant income.

Many business experts believe that this is the right time to purchase properties with a long-term holding approach. People always need places to call home.

Rent housing is virtually recession-proof, even though it remains in great demand throughout every economic cycle.

Good Apartment Deals Continue To Be Available

Multifamily deals can be purchased with a lot of cash. Although interest rates have been historically low, cap rates are still very low.

I prefer to buy near work centers that have appreciation. These properties have higher rents than those with lower income, and vice versa.

Let's say investors stay true to market trends and demographics. They can find long-term apartment deals that work in this case.

Are you looking for a great time to invest in property?

You will probably wait another ten years if you're patiently waiting for a downturn. Appreciation is the key to wealth.

The Supply of Housing for the Workforce is Still Severely Inadequate

Because of the severe shortage of housing supply, any developer or operator who can create affordable housing will reap long-term rewards.

This is an incredible opportunity for us to offer affordable housing, which is so in high demand in this country. It will be extremely profitable to transform existing houses into affordable housing or workforce housing.

Consider Rehabbing and Refinancing before Fixing & Flipping as a Real Estate Investor

Long-term profits can be achieved by making value-added investments in rental properties, especially since there are several signs that the industry is slowing down.

The speaker is currently renovating and refinancing the properties he owns because the valuations are very high.

Rehab and refinance are another way for investors to build a portfolio and preserve the property's value.

It's a good time to buy if the industry is in decline. It'd be better if you did not enter into a deal solely based on the current value. That's why I have been traditional and don't get lulled by the idea of appreciation.

It is crucial to provide excellent customer service.

Managers and inspectors are available on the ground. The main hub also manages technology and marketing support for on-the ground staff.
