Saivian Review: What is Saivian?
Saivian, a multi-level marketing company, offers a cash-back incentive. Members will receive 20% back on all purchases made at commercial retailers like Target, Starbucks, Walmart, and Target.
It also offers an affiliate program through its referral program as an MLM. This makes it more like a recruitment program.
Saivian's website domain is located in Arizona, USA, seems to have been registered on October 30, 2015. However, the domain registration is set to private.
Saivian's founders were Steve Gewecke and John Sheehan. Kevin Marino and Eric Dalius are also involved.
Here's some information about the founders of the company and their marketing partners:
As I explained previously, it appears that the organization has ceased operations as evidenced by the following message posted on its website:
Before October 2017, Saivian had already stopped all business transactions in the United States, before public disclosure. In August 2017, they were labeled as a Ponzi scheme.
Although they may have offered members refunds, it is not clear if any commissions or refunds were given to them after the company closed down. We can only rely upon this assertion on their official website.
Perhaps they moved to SaiviWORLD.SG where refunds and unpaid commissions can be processed.
A quick Google search revealed that the exact same cash-back program is still available on SaiviWorld's Facebook Page.
The website has not been updated since 2018. This SaiviWorld appears to still be accessible via a mobile application.
The Saivian Product Line
Saivian allows you to earn cash back for your travels and purchases.
Saivian doesn't distribute physical items so there is no inventory to worry about.
Instead, you will focus your efforts on recruiting new members. The affiliate membership program is what we need to market and sell.
Are Their Products Effective?
Unfortunately, Saivian doesn't sell any physical products.
After registration, members are directed to Saivian's Affiliate Program, an eCommerce marketplace that is owned and operated third-party.
The problem is that the platform is not connected to the MLM incentive Saivian promotes.
Saivian Membership Fees
Membership fees are not cheap, as these fees are the way that the company generates profit even though there is no physical product.
Saivian membership fees are $125 per 28 days. I believe that $1625, 13x $125, is an excessive amount to pay for a discount card membership.
Saivian will pay you $250 cash back for each 28-day period. To get $250 cash back, you would need to pay five times the amount for the maximum 20% cashback.
This works out to $1250 if you have your Saivian Card.
It gets interesting! You won't get your $250 back in the first or the second month. But you will in the third!
What is the problem?
To receive 20% (equivalent to $250 cashback), you will need to invest $1250. After authorization, the company employees will process the cashback within 30 days. This gives you a window of three months.
They will continue to receive your $125 monthly subscription fee. The original $125 fee is $375, and the value of the 375-dollars added to it is $500. This amount can be expended for a $250 net cash return.
The $1,250 sales required to qualify for the $250 cashback are not included in this figure.
It is not difficult to see the problem with these figures.
This is not a reliable way to earn money. Spending does not equal making money.
How to Make Money with Saivian?

Two ways to earn money from Saivian:
- Cashback for travel and shopping transactions
- Recruitment of new members to their scheme to earn a regular commission payment.
This type of network marketing business model is difficult for many.
In fact, check out our Top 5 Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail.
Now, don't get me wrong...
You can certainly make money with Network Marketing, but if you're gonna put in the amount of grueling work into this business (which, trust me, isn't easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you're learning the ropes.
How to Get Started with Saivian?
Saivian charges a $125 per month subscription fee.
This is a monthly payment that is automatically charged to your credit card every 28-days. You will pay 13 times each year.
At first glance, it might seem that $125 for 28 days is not so bad. They'll give you a cashback benefit of up $250 every 28 days.
However, the $250 will not be sent to you immediately. You will need to wait for the $250 within a period of 90 days (or longer, as a delay). Before you can get it, there is a 90-day waiting period. To get that cashback, you will need to spend approximately $1,250.
Saivian Compensation Program
Saivian's incentive program now uses a uni-level structure for compensation, with affiliates being divided into different teams.
Each team starts with one affiliate at its top. This affiliate brings in new recruits for Saivian.
These new recruits will start at level 1. The level 2 spot is taken by the new recruits when level 1 members begin recruiting. It goes on from there.
These thresholds or levels are virtually limitless and an affiliate's commission is determined by how many affiliates they add to their downline.
After you have recruited a minimum of three people, you will receive a commission payment. You can then work your way up the ranks.
This will make it clear that your profit depends on the number of recruits you have and the number of affiliates.
Saivian no longer runs a traditional cash-back scheme. Instead, it offers an MLM where you can make most of your income through recruitment.
It functions in a similar way to a pyramid scheme, where the main focus is on recruiting and not the sale of products.
Pros
It is great to be able to get cashback when you shop, eat, or travel. The MLM platform could also be a way to make some extra money.
Although the idea of generating ROI by simply recruiting people is appealing, it will not be fun if the focus becomes all about marketing the program.
It would also defraud and steal all your capital. To be blunt, this program is not something to love.
Cons
Redeem cashback for a long time
As I have said many times, it takes time to get the cashback in Saivian.
It would take the Saivian employees 30 days to get the shopping receipts. Then, it would take another 30 days to approve the receipts and another 30 days before you receive the money. The back-office processing time will take 90 days.
It is amazing that it takes so long to get this done, especially when we live in a digital age. It is certainly a bad move.
Worst, you will not receive any cashback. There have been many complaints that members don't get their cash back. It's one of the reasons they're being called a scam. This has led to lawsuits and the eventual closure of the company.
Leaders Forsaking
John Sheehan and Kevin Marino founded Saivian, but they didn't stay long. They fled, to put it simply. They left Saivian.
Eric J Dalius or E.J. Dalius was one of the silent associates of the company and one of its founders. He succeeded John Sheehan to the office of President. Even after the company had ceased operations, lawsuits were still pending against it.
Referral System - Not Really Earning!
The cashback scheme was flawed and took 90 days to process shopping orders. Affiliate commissions were also disappointing. To make a decent income from Saivian, it would be hard to meet the basic requirements.
You are probably spending more than you make. Consider the $125 monthly cost you'd need to maintain your lifestyle.
It is impossible to find their income disclosure statement online. Because no one is making a substantial income, they probably chose to conceal it.
It is likely that there was no affiliate who made any money.
Is Saivian A Pyramid Scheme?
In this instance, I would say yes and no. Let me elaborate. Legally and technically, Saivian isn't a Pyramid Scheme. They do offer a product, the Retail Shopping Membership (RSM), which is their discount subscription cashback program.
It is certainly not a pyramid scheme, given the difficulty of marketing the subscription product and keeping clients paying the $125 monthly rate.
To make up for the lack of income, MLM programs such as Norwex or MyEcon have a way to add people to the list.
It's possible to create a profitable and successful business with [course types]. But, there are other ways to build a company than [course types].
It is unlike network marketing in that it provides actual proof of success from people who have been there just a few days before.
Saivian Review: Is Saivian a Scam? Savian and Eric J Dalius as a Ponzi Scheme
This is a simple question. The company's operations were stopped due to "rampant, perpetual fraud against it." These words are what came from the company and are displayed on their website.
This business could not be legitimate in any way.
Saivian is definitely not a Ponzi Scheme.
Would you pay $2 to get $1 back This is exactly how Saivian works?
The SEC filed a lawsuit in November 2018 against Eric J Dalius and Saivian, who were alleged to have run the system for two years. According to the complaint by regulators, Saivian was a Ponzi scheme worth 165+ million dollars!
You don't have to lose this opportunity. There are many legitimate online business opportunities.
Steady Calls is the #1 Recommendation for Making Money Online in 2022

Our review team discovered a program that is top-notch in the real estate industry!
It's digital, but not real estate.
Saivian's weak point is in its scalability.
You have a limited amount of time and you only have so many people to reach.
MLM companies understand this! MLM companies know this and will push you to recruit others for your downline. You won't make it big as a one-man/woman show.
What if you could make more money from your local websites? Without spending hundreds of dollars on expensive products or spending a lot of time recruiting people who will sell under your brand?
This digital real estate program will allow you to make a recurring monthly income, even if you don't sell as often to your friends or recruit!
Does it sound too good to be true?
It does, of course!
It's not, however. In fact, many business owners wish that they had this skill.
You can simply build and rank a local website, and then forward the jobs to a business owner.
This applies to any service-based business such as tree service, plumbing, or towing.
What are the best ways to get paid?
It's simple, once you have sent the jobs to a business owner, he makes some money from them, you just ask for mutual benefit.
Based on the industry, a fair price per lead is between 10-20 %... let's take the tree service industry as an example and use the worst-case scenario.
Let's suppose you rank the site, and that only 10 jobs per month are received. Tree service jobs can range from $500 to $2000.
This means that you should have at least $500 per month in assets!
It's digital real estate, which is why they call it now. This is a rent payment.
It is easy to scale. There are no worries about:
As it is with Saivian, you only get what is left of the pie if your monthly quota is met.
You can actually get huge FLAT RATE DEALS by taking the course that we recommend. This is truly passive income!
This training program will take making money online to another level.
You will be guided by the owner of the program, who will also share his screen and occasionally speak to you.
Learn the importance of keywords and website names, how to send calls notifications via email, backlinking, and other details.
After the training program is complete, you will have access to a Facebook Group that we think is better than the Saivian one. This group is more active.
You could get 10-20X the sales price of Saivian (where you only get $10 per sale).
Businesses will always need more leads and more jobs. It doesn't matter if the job isn’t coming from their website. They see it as it is...expanding their digital real estate.
Like Saivian's, many people are able to leave their 9-5 jobs.
You can have passive income from digital real estate, but most of your time will be spent with your friends and not selling to them.
You probably have a lot of questions.
