Hype-Free Biz

What does this mean?

Imagine owning a complex of ten apartments. Each unit can be rented out for 1 K per month. Forget about going into millions of dollars in debt. Tenants, termites, and trash; management companies; cutthroat competition; market crashes; all that. This is what it is. This is the new way to invest real estate.

Are you able to be more specific?

We create tiny websites. They can be ranked in Google. Local businesses can rent them. We pay them a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars per month depending on what niche they are in. These sites give them many times their money back. Everyone is happy. You are the most happy. There are no products, inventory, customer support, pitching family and friends, no ad spending, no worries. Pandemic-proof. Recession-proof. Businesses need us more than ever to keep their doors opened in difficult times.

Is this real?

Have you heard of or used any of these websites?
  • Angi
  • Apartments.com
  • HomeAdvisor
  • Houzz
  • Insurance.com
  • Limos.com
  • Thumbtack
  • Zillow

They're doing it all, but at a higher level. Think about the fastest-growing companies in today's world. Uber, Alibaba and Airbnb. They don't sell products or services. They connect people, right! That's exactly what we do. This is just at the micro level.

Who is it for?

Anybody, anyplace, so long as they have WiFi. This is a business. It will be treated as such. Positive attitude, persistence, patience, willingness to learn, and willingness to execute are key. It is important to put in as much time as possible. Steady Calls is recommend that you have at most a thousand dollars for your startup.

Aren't many businesses already using a website?

Yes, most do. It's not possible to find it. It's therefore useless. Ours are fixed to Google's top. They are like customer conveyor belts. Real results are what matters most. They are looking for more calls, emails, and walk-ins. This is what they want. Our Websites offer them.

It's so simple, why not just do it yourself?

First, don't confuse simple with easy. This is the former. Second, they do. They become our members. They take our software, support, training, and outsourcing options to help them build their business. If you have a brick-and-mortar business, you should be up to the challenge. The majority of people don't have the time or desire to spend all day experimenting with "internet stuff". They get multiple times as much back for every dollar they spend on us. We don't "cost" them anything, are we? No. Nope.

How can you land clients?

Three words: Results in advance. Choose the city and niche. Create the site. It should be ranked. Hand out samples once the leads are coming in. As the Costco lady. Also, you can get some money for free. Want more? It'll be twelve hundreds per month. You can cancel at any time. You can cancel anytime. For example, if they say no, who cares? These are them Some money is yours for nothing. Continue to ask until you are granted a yes. You can do this by text, phone or email. You don't even need to go out of your home or meet people in person. You can meet people in any city, not only the one where you live. But it's still possible. We're happy to close deals for you if you don't want or feel uncomfortable with this part. Even if you are a complete introvert or a "sucker at sales", you can still win.

What happens if a client isn't paying anymore?

Same as traditional real estate. Continue your search for a "tenant" by finding one. How do you do this? You can go to your competitor and make a new agreement, send them emails and calls and continue collecting checks. Does that make sense? There is no reason why a property you have built won't make you money for many years. Potentially for a lifetime. Perhaps even longer. These could be passed on to your children one day. You can leave a legacy.

Will it not get saturated if everyone knows?

No. This is why "Tow Truck Odessa Texas" is a niche. And so is "Tow Truck College Station Texas." Also, "Tow Truck San Angelo Texas." Also, "Tow Truck Pearland Texas." And "Tow Truck Midland, Texas." You can only compete at the local level. Think about all the cities in Texas. Now zoom out. Continue to imagine the whole U.S. You can add Canada, Australia, and the U.K. Heck the whole world. Add all these cities to the hundreds of business types that exist. As the world changes, so do new industries. Drone security. Mobile IV therapy. Cryotherapy. These are just a few. It's not hard to see the math. There are millions upon millions of niches, and we cannot serve them all ourselves.

What if I am not a techie?

We created our own drag-and drop website builder to make this easy. You can also request a tracking number for any city in which you are interested. It will track every call that your website generates, and organize it in a spreadsheet that you can show your client at the end. Each call will be forwarded to the business owner that you are working with. You can bill them by the call or set amounts weekly or monthly. It automates your business and takes you out of the day.

What is the average time it takes to make money?

If you were really ambitious, you could create one of these websites in just a few hours. You'll then need to do backlinks and citations. We can assist you in this group. It's then up to Google to rank you. You're not competing against twenty other tow-truck sites serving Odessa (Texas), for instance. They don't know what this is. You'd be amazed at how fast you can rank. In a matter of days, I have seen new websites rise to the top of the search engines. It could take several months to get more competitive niches and/or sites in larger cities. People will start to find it. For a few days, you give out virtual samples. You can close a client. (Or have us do it.) You can set it and forget it. Then, you can go to another one. That's roughly between two and nine weeks depending on what project you are working on. This is a great asset that should bring you an average of six hundred dollars per month for the next few years. You're not always working on it. While you wait for Google to finish, you could and should be developing other rental properties.

What is the maximum amount of money I can make?

It will depend on your attitude, focus, ability to work hard, perseverance, and general grit. We don't yet know you. The average e-rental earns six hundred dollars per month. This is seventy-two thousand a year. You can make ten, twenty or thirty of them.

What could possibly go wrong?

This is not a magic solution. You won't see any results if you don't do the work (or outsource it). Even if you are willing to do the work, you should be careful not to go after the wrong niche. This means you must consider not only the type and size of the business but also the area. A small city may not have enough Google searches to generate enough leads. It could take too long for the city to rank, and you may lose interest. What about business type? Take into account competition. Commercial window hood cleaning is much more straightforward than dental. Conversions are also possible. It's not difficult to convince someone to call the tow truck if they are stranded at the side of the road. It is not difficult to convince someone to book a tummy tuck consultation. Last, the ticket price and margins. A pool deck resurfacing business that makes three times as much per sale is worth more than a mobile car washing company that makes thirty. You can charge two times as much per month to rent a niche than you would for two hundred. We'll help you find the right way.

What is it that makes you guys so different?

We found that most coaching programs cost more than six thousand dollars. Their marketing is filled with hype and absurd income claims. Their model is no longer working or has never worked. It may work a bit, but there are many other issues to consider: inventory, shipping, customers and recruiting. They don't offer any guarantee. There is no software or solution that will make your life easier. A few videos that haven’t been updated in 2 years (which may as well be) Twenty Everything changes online as quickly as it can. Often, the person who teaches it doesn't practice what they preach. (Or, again, never did.) Worse, they only want to sell you crap that you don't really need. We are the complete opposite of what you think.
