Why Dropshipping Sucks

Dropshipping is a Scam in 2021. There's No Refusal!

What is Dropshipping?

Another one of the online business models that make money is selling cheap, shabby products.

You don't want to risk your life savings if you are going to invest in a business that has been destroyed by Chinese Wholesalers.

Don't let us stop your attempts to make yet another mess of your parents.

This is supposed to make you a 6-figure dropshipping king, but it's really out of reach for many people with tight budgets and student loans.

It's not true. You won't make a fortune chasing after the next product that lasts three months.

Want to make it big online? (Average of $1,500 per month) Check out our #1 recommendation.

We have to be truthful about this...

Dropshipping can make you a lot of money online.

It's outdated!

You'll find answers to some frequently asked questions about Dropshipping, and how I get around selling cheap Chinese products.

Most importantly, I will show you how I built my internet marketing business to more than $40,000 per month mostly passively.

Dropshipping is a system that uses the same skills, but it's much more powerful and lucrative!

More on this later.

Let's now get into Why Dropshipping Is So Bad!

Drop Shipping: Different Types and Why They Failed!

Dropshipping is no longer the norm. Dropshipping can be done with eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.

No matter which dropshipping business you choose to start, they all stink!

Shopify Drop Shipping

Shopify is a leader in eCommerce. It allows people to start their own clothing brands or drop ship their products.

Many online store owners have started dropshipping businesses based on the Shopify high-converting templates.

What is the cost of starting a dropshipping Shopify business?

Taken at face value...not much.

The website can be built by you for almost nothing. Other costs are your domain name, hosting, and other fees. The hosting costs $30 per month, and domain names are usually $12 for the entire year.

Dropshipping is a great way to make your business more profitable. You don't need to purchase products in bulk to start.

Shopify takes only 2.9% + 30cs on every sale. This is NOT profit margins. This should be taken into account.

What's the catch?

Do you know how it is when someone claims "it's too good for being true"?

Similar thing.

Dropshipping is a way to sell products from your website. However, most people don’t realize that advertising will be required.

SEO, Facebook ads, and Google ads are all part of the discussion.

Why?

But just because you have a website does not mean that everyone will see it. Dropshipping is extremely competitive.

If you choose to go SEO, which is a good choice if your goal is to stay in business for the long term, you will be competing to rank nationally for keywords.

This is not an inexpensive proposition.

A reputable company can provide SEO services for an eCommerce site. It costs anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 per month!

Let's not forget that you are trying to make a quick buck. After all, this business is running lean. You only buy what you actually need.

Advertisements could be run on Facebook or Google.

These aren't cheap, pal!

Drop shippers often spend thousands of dollars per month on ads.

This model averages $1500 per sale and will help you get free traffic to your website.

Why?

They know that clicks won't come if they don’t. They won't make sales if they don’t get clicks.

You might be thinking, "Wait...so my budget will go towards Facebook ads that may not even bring me sales?"

Yes, exactly.

Are there any benefits to Shopify dropshipping

They do indeed look great. They do have high sales numbers.

What are your options for dropshipping?

eBay Drop Shipping Store

eBay is the OG eCommerce platform for products that can be sold online.

Gary Vee can help you set up listings for your products on eBay. Many people have made a fortune from it.

We believe that the business model is no more viable.

Profit margin is the main issue.

eBay charges 10% on all orders sent through them.

Do you see the problem that could arise?

Dropshippers make a profit on margins

They will buy something from a supplier for $10 and then sell it for $15.

BUT

The CHINESE WHOLESALERS have forced the prices of products to drop shippers like you to dropship.

If you don't like being forced to lower your prices in order to remain competitive, and you would rather set and hold your own prices to protect your margins than being forced to do so, then is the business model for you!

Now think about it this way.

Your margins are being cut. But guess what? Every month, you still need to spend thousands of dollars on social media ads.

You must also create high-quality content to advertise these products to attract your ideal customers.

eBay Dropshipping is dead, but newbies won't know that. The "gurus" will tell you this because they want to make every penny out of you in order to get you to buy their courses.

Amazon isn't as bad as eBay, but it doesn't have to be.

Dropshipping Services on Amazon

Dropshipping on Amazon comes with all the benefits.

eBay also has this advantage, but not as much as Amazon. This is why so many people sell products off Amazon.

Amazon is the site that hosts 49% of all online e-commerce transactions.

All that sounds wonderful, right?

The odds are in your favor. People know the name and trust it. But what's the catch?

Amazon charges 15% for its services.

Let's just say your profit margins are incredible and you manage to make 30% profit margins.

This automatically drops to half once you begin selling on Amazon. So be prepared.

Do you want to be able to give Jeff Bezos the middle-man and make your own profits? Here's how to kick Jeff Bezos in the shin!

It's secondarily difficult to get your product noticed.

Similar to Google SEO, which we believe is easier, there are a few things you can do with Amazon SEO to get your product to the top of search results.

These are very difficult to fake. It's impossible to fake reviews, star ratings, product descriptions or solid reviews.

To make things worse, Amazon constantly changes its rules for sellers.

What does this all mean?

In a flash, you could find yourself in a store that is closed and your source of income gone.

This is not an uncommon occurrence, and it happens every day.

Amazon support is also substandard in dealing with such issues. They're just trying to make a profit off the pandemic and justify their slow response times.

Dropshipping with Amazon is a great way to make money if the stars align.

Is it worth the stress?

Dropshipping Pros And Cons

Pros

  • Dropshipping is an easy way to start your own online business.
  • Work from Home: It is possible to work remotely and not have a boss.
  • Multiple Suppliers: There will be many suppliers for multiple products.
  • Automation: Automate nearly every step of dropshipping and save your time.

Cons

  • Low-Profit Margin: China has been reducing profit margins to an alarmingly low level, as you can see from the article.
  • High competition: There are literally millions of people who sell the same product because there are so few barriers to entry.
  • High advertising costs: SEO and Paid Ads will cost you thousands of dollars each month. You are likely to spend more advertising for your products than you actually buy products.
  • Shipping costs are high and shipping times can be delayed due to pandemics. There are many new protocols in place. This means that you will pay more.
  • Volume is essential to making a profit. You might consider affiliate marketing (sarcasm), as your profit will still be about the same.

The cons clearly outweigh the pros. But let's now take a closer look at some frequently asked questions about dropshipping.

Dropshipping FAQ

What happens if the supplier or shipping company loses or fails to fulfill an order?

You probably don't want this to happen, but you are responsible for it. Your customers will complain because they purchased the product. Customers who are unhappy with the product will leave negative reviews and even report you. Amazon, Shopify, and eBay can all take down your store if you don't like their service.

What is the cost of a dropshipping website?

In reality, the cost of building a website is anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000. You can also spend up to $1,000 per month on SEO.

What is the cost of dropshipping advertising?

You can ask the gurus to tell you how they spent thousands on advertising upfront to get customers. Even though they have 6-figure businesses, they still spend thousands of dollars each month on paid ads.

What industry average profit margins do dropshipping have?

Dropshippers typically make between 10-30% and close to zero profit margins. eBay and Amazon cut this in half quickly, and Chinese wholesalers now squeeze close to 0.

A business with 90% profit margins and that can't be touched by China might appeal to you.

Steady Calls is the #1 Recommendation for Making Money Online in 2021

Our review team discovered a program that is top-notch in the real estate industry!

It's digital, but not real estate.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Dropshipping is lacking in scalability.

It is unrealistic to expect passive income if you are constantly managing your shop and managing ads.

What if you can leverage it?

This digital real estate program allows you to walk away completely from your laptop, as there is no need for ad management.

Does it sound too good to be true It does, of course! It isn't, in fact, many business owners wish they had this skill.

You can simply build and rank your website, and then forward the jobs to a local business owner. Or you could email it!

This applies to any service-based business such as tree service, plumbing, or towing.

What are the best ways to get paid?

It's simple, once you have sent the jobs to a business owner, he makes some money from them, you just ask for mutual benefit.

Based on the industry, a fair price per lead is between 10-20 %... let's take the tree service industry as an example and use the worst-case scenario.

Let's suppose you rank the site, and that only 10 jobs per month are received. Tree service jobs can range from $500 to $2000.

This means that you should have at least $500 per month in assets!

It's digital real estate, which is why they call it now. This is a rent payment.

It is easy to scale. It doesn't take much to answer the phone. All you need to do is make the phone ring.

Dropshipping is a great way to make small profits.

You can actually collect this without having to be on the computer managing a store 24/7. This is truly passive income!

This training program will take making money online to another level. You will be guided by the owner of the program, who will also share his screen and occasionally speak to you.

This will help you to determine the importance of your keywords, website name, and how to send calls notifications via email.

After completing the training program, you will have access to a Facebook Group that is better than any Dropshipping group. This group is more active.

Dropshipping is different than Dropshipping. You don't have to worry about making $5 on a $50 product 1000 times more ..... Businesses will always need more leads and another job. It doesn't matter if the job isn’t coming from their website. They see it as it is...expanding their digital real estate.

People are able to leave their 9-5 jobs more often.

Digital real estate can provide passive income, with the majority of your time spent off the computer.

You probably have many questions. So, here's the link to find out more.
